What is your return/refund policy?
a. Exchange:
You may exchange items only for a different size or color of the same style.
Exchanges for different products are not permitted unless specified otherwise
in the Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Items list .
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund in
store credit. Exchange orders do not qualify for express shipping and will
follow standard return, exchange, and delivery times.
b. Refund:
Refunds are typically processed through your select refund method as indicated
on our online Returns and Exchanges form. Refund outlets include Metrobank,
Unionbank, RCBC accounts, and other methods like PayPal or Gcash.
c. Replacement:
In rare cases of receiving a wrong or defective item, please notify our
customer service promptly. Ensure the item is in its original condition.
Important Notes:
Use our online returns form for easy returns. Ensure your item meets the conditions outlined and is not listed in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items.
You can submit a return request within 24 hours of order delivery. Items eligible for return must be in original packaging with tags, unopened, and unused.
Use the provided STORE67 pouch or any secure packaging sealed with your signature across the tape. Label the package with your name and
order number.
An email will be sent once the return package arrives at our verification section. You can return items from different orders together - simply pack them in one package and drop it off.(Or if a pickup system will be implemented).
Items from different orders can be returned together in one package.
Additional Policies:
We reserve the right to withhold refunds, exchanges, or replacements until the original item reaches our verification section.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. For items purchased with a voucher code, the refunded amount will be the final paid price after the discount.
Banks may charge processing fees which could affect your refund amount. Please contact your bank or card issuer for details.
What are your payment options?
a. Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available
for specific postal codes as a risk-free payment option. You only pay upon receiving
your goods. Choosing COD can expedite order processing as no bank or credit
card checks are required. Please note, payment must be made to our delivery
partner before opening the parcel for security reasons. If you wish to return
items due to dissatisfaction or size issues, you can do so afterward.
Pro-tip: Opting for COD can expedite your order processing
since no bank or credit card checks are needed.
b. Credit Card or Debit Card: We accept
locally and internationally issued Mastercard, VISA, and debit cards. Stringent
security measures are in place to protect your account details. For
first-time credit card users, a verification call may be conducted to prevent
fraudulent transactions. (If feasible, underlined passage is an additional
measure for consideration)
c. GCash: GCash is an online mobile wallet
linked to your mobile number, enabling convenient online purchases.
d. MAYA: An additional cashless payment option
utilizing your Maya wallet or Maya credit.
Can I order without a STORE67 account?
No problem! You can choose to create an account right after you complete your purchase.
Order confirmation emails and all related communications will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. Just ensure it's a valid
email address.
Do your shopping cart and wishlist ensure item reservation?
Your saved items in the shopping bag will remain available as long as the product is in stock. However, they are not reserved, so another customer may purchase them even if they are in your cart. Similarly, items placed in your cart are not held, and others can still buy them.
If an item becomes out of stock while in your cart, you'll be notified on the cart page. To secure your items, proceed with checkout promptly!
What are your delivery methods?
There are two options for delivery. One option is to have the item delivered to your doorstep which entails a shipping fee. The other option is to pick up your order at the OLFU Campus of your choice.
How much is the shipping fee?
At STORE67, we strive to offer competitive shipping fees to maximize value for our customers. A shipping fee of P150.00 applies for orders of up to two T-shirts, or its equivalent in weight and size dimensions for other product purchases.
How can I update or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order through our Customer Service Team as long as the items have not been packed yet. Once
packed, cancellations cannot be accommodated. If you still wish to cancel:
- Option 1: Upon delivery, inform the rider that you've changed your mind and decline the parcel. This is ideal for cash on delivery payments or non-returnable/non-exchangeable items.
- Option 2: Accept the parcel upon delivery and initiate a return for a refund or exchange as per FAQ#1. Ensure your item isn't on the non-returnable or non-exchangeable list. If it is, proceed with Option 1.
Important Note:
If payment has been made, your refund will be processed once the order is successfully canceled or returned to our verification section. Please allow sufficient time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using either your order number or tracking number. Access this option through the store dashboard and provide the necessary credentials.
Please note, orders can be tracked once they have been processed and/or handed over to the courier.
Can I change my delivery details?
You can update your delivery address under certain conditions. Check the status of your order in your account to determine if changes can still be made.
If your order status hasn't reached "picked/packed" or "shipped," contact our Customer Service Team for assistance with updating your details. It's important to notify us promptly to ensure we can modify your delivery information before processing or shipping. Once an order is processed or handed over for shipment, we cannot make further changes, and it will be delivered to the initial address provided.
Can someone else receive my order?
If you won't be available to receive your order personally, you can authorize someone else to accept it on your behalf. Please leave a note in the delivery instructions field during checkout. Alternatively, provide your authorized person with an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID to ensure smooth receipt of the package.
Why was my COD order cancelled?
We apologize for the cancellation of your Cash on Delivery (COD) order. This may be due to previous instances of canceled transactions or unsuccessful deliveries. You are welcome to place a new order using an alternative payment method.
Are there non-serviceable areas?
As we expand our merchandise store, there are certain geographical and logistical
limitations that prevent us from delivering to specific areas. To verify if your preferred delivery address is serviceable, please refer to our list of non-serviceable areas.
Does STORE67 have physical stores?
Orders and purchases may be made via the STORE67 online shop OR via on-campus transactions via the STORE67 physical store.
Currently, our first physical store can be found at the OLFU Valenzuela. In the near future, however, every OLFU Campus will have their own respective physical stores.
In the meantime, STORE67’s online shop can serve all orders of Fatimanians across the Philippines.
